WHO ARE WE?

We are a friendly group of enthusiasts who enjoy the art and craft of woodturning. We have over 50 members of all abilities, from absolute beginner to advanced and professional.

IS IT EXPENSIVE?

We don’t think so, annual subscription is £40, for a single evening guest charge is £2 (max 3 visits trial) and Saturday Workshop training is £5 per session.

WHERE ARE WE?

Meetings are held at the St. Nicholas Church Hall, Belmont Grove, Bedhampton, Havant, Hants. PO9 3PU

WHEN DO WE MEET UP?

The club meets at 19:15 on the third Tuesday of every month. We have either a guest turner or a club night ‘turn-in’, where senior members demonstrate various projects and techniques. Club members are encouraged to  

WHEN CAN I LEARN TO TURN?

Training sessions are run on the second Saturday of every month from 08:30 to 12:00. Beginners and novices will receive training in health & safety, correct usage of tools and hands on turning on a club lathe. The more advanced can hone their skills. A warm welcome to all levels of turner, we can all learn something new chatting over a cup of tea/coffee.

CAN I COME ALONG?

Yes, we welcome guests and new members of all abilities, please make yourself known to either the treasurer, secretary on arrival. You may come as a guest initially, to see if you like what we are doing.
